Products shipment is carried out by DHL express courier, with whom a tracking service for the package is active. The courier is delivering the goods from Monday to Friday, both in the morning and the afternoon, apart from holidays. The consignee cannot require any delivery in precise days and hours. In case the consignee is absent, the courier is leaving a delivery notice by a label attached to your domicile. Delivery is tried twice: then, if delivery fails, the courier will try and contact the consignee. In case also this attempt fails, the products will be returned to Modena Volley warehouse. Modena Volley is not responsible for any misfunction in delivery service due to the courier. The courier is noticing Customer by email about shipment status. Customer delivery notice service by email is activated automatically if the email field is correctly filled-in. It is suggested and important to indicate also a correct (fix or mobile) phone number. In case of deliveries to receptions (with signature for delivery on the package by the receptionist), Modena Volley will not consider themselves responsible if the package is not finally delivered to final consignee. We also invite you not to fill-in any PO Box in the delivery address field, since the courier is not able to deliver purchased goods there. Therefore, a physical delivery address shall be filled-in the form. If a destination country is not listed among those available, it means that currently, delivery of our goods in that Country is not foreseen and therefore your order request cannot be satisfied. In any case, considering that Modena Volley is evaluating the opportunity to extend their list of Countries to which shipments are possible, we suggest to check this issue by contacting our Customer Service writing to [email protected]
Shipping Times.
ITALY – Merchandising products delivery is carried out within 1 or 2 working days, after 24 hours from order amount crediting date. Any delivery in delay can be caused by the temporary unavailability of the products, by misfunctions in courier service, by force majeure causes or holidays. In case after 5 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday) products are still not received, we kindly ask you to contact Customer Service at the address [email protected]. Above mentioned delivery times have to be considered in any case as merely indicative and not essential.
FOREIGN COUNTRIES – In Europe, products delivery occurs within 4 to 5 working days, after 24 hours from order amount crediting date. In Countries outside Europe, delivery occurs within 7 or more working days, after 24 hours from order amount crediting date. Any delivery in delay can be caused by the temporary unavailability of the products, by misfunctions in courier service, by force majeure causes or holidays. Custom duties and taxes.
In case of shipment addressed to a Country which is not part of European Union, the goods may be subject to imposition of custom duties and possible taxes on sale. Any additional charge due to custom clearance is exclusively at consignee’s charge. In case the goods are rejected by the consignee or not delivered due to other reasons (i.e. wrong address and/or phone number of the consignee; repeated absence of the consignee, etc.), the consignee will be charged with an amount to cover following expenses: shipment of goods + goods return + custom for returning shipment. On the other hand, goods price will be reimbursed. Custom duties and taxes vary based on destination Country and are applied to goods at their arrival in that Country. For information about duties and taxes amount and goods custom clearance, we suggest to contact competent Custom Offices of destination Country. .
Shipping costs.
ITALY – Shipping cost for Italy, San Marino and state of Vatican city is 6 euros.
Free shipping on orders over 120 euros.
EUROPEAN UNION (France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium)
Shipping costs to these countries are 15 euros.
EUROPEAN UNION (all other countries)
Shipping costs to all other EU countries are 20 euros.
REST OF THE WORLD – Shipping costs for other countries are 35 euros.
